Deanna Naugler, President

Our fierce and feisty leader, Danna Naugler has served as president of FAWE since it's inception and is one of the founding members.  Deanna is a third generation Floridian.  She holds a degree in computer programming, a six- sigma green belt certification in project management and is currently pursuing a Public Manager Certification.  Professionally, she retired after 30 years of service with the state but could not stay still enough to stay at home, so she now serves as the City Manager of Webster, FL.  Deanna is a 4-H Leader to one of the largest 4-H clubs in Hernando County and serves as the Hernando County Jr. Cattlemen Advisor.  Deanna loves being involved in agriculture and teaching youth.  Her love of animals and involvement in 4-H led to her mini-farm where she has rabbits, chickens, turkeys, goats, a horse, a steer, and a pig.  Deanna married her high school sweetie Bobby, who she keeps hard at work for FAWE events.  They have two children (Brett and Brittney) and two grandchildren (Hunter and Brayden).

Heather Craig moved to Hernando County in 2013, just before opening Halo Autosports, an automotive dealership and authorized dealer for Mahindra Tractors.  She loves the agricultural lifestyle and never misses an opportunity to deliver a tractor to a local farm.  Heather is married to her car enthusiast husband, Steve, who has two teenage daughters, who are begging them to add goats, pigs, and alpacas to their 2.5 acre homestead in Spring Hill, FL.
